📋 Description

• Prepare country site budgets and study financial appendices • Assist with negotiation of site agreement budgets and financial exhibits • Develop Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) using standard templates and Contract Information Sheets • Ensure CTAs are executed in a timely manner to meet study start-up timelines • Liaise with legal departments regarding CTA content changes and approved agreement language • Participate in study kick-off meetings • Review proposed CTA language modifications and resolve compliance issues with legal departments, sites, contractors, or vendors • Generate site budgets from approved country budgets and follow up with investigators • Research medical procedure costs using local or global databases • Manage CTAs, agreement changes, and related components according to legal standards and Global SOPs • Coordinate annual template reviews with Legal and monitoring/site management leadership • Manage the contract tracking database and reconcile discrepancies • Post fully executed contracts in eFiliA and the Clinical Operations secure drive • Process internal approval forms and documents for signatory compliance and annual audits • Serve as point person among site personnel, clients, Clinical Operations, Legal Counsel, and Insurance/Management throughout negotiations • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for internal audits • Negotiate and review Master Services Agreements with institutions before renewal • Support country study site budget template, parameter, and payment term building • Execute site budget maintenance throughout the study lifecycle • Negotiate master clinical trial agreement rate cards with globally assigned sites • Partner with site payment departments to ensure budget and payment-term compatibility with payment systems and EDC requirements • Partner with Study Startup, Clinical Operations, and TAU teams to improve SB&C metrics and processes • Apply standards across projects and portfolios and support continuous improvement • Develop TA-aligned strategies and provide budget/payment-term feedback using industry tools, data sources, and fair market value guidance • Identify potential delays and escalate non-performance

🎯 Requirements

• Home Based in USA or Canada • Must have 2+ years of budget/contract negotiation experience at CRO level • Direct site facing experience; must be site facing • 2+ years of global experience building budget templates • Experience in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry or clinical research preferred • Must have a Bachelors’ degree or an equivalent scientific or commercial Higher Vocational education • Ability to use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf • Regular and consistent attendance • Varied hours may be required
