📋 Description

• Partnering with Talent teams to identify the highest-value AI opportunities • Defining problem statements, scope solutions, and prioritizing ruthlessly • Developing a deep understanding of Talent's data landscape • Designing and building working AI prototypes • Translating validated prototypes into tight product requirements • Acting as the domain and product authority for Talent AI features • Owning outcomes through deployment and adoption • Evaluating AI tools, platforms, and vendors • Staying current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape • Developing other Talent team members' AI fluency

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, applied AI, technical solutions, or closely related field • Genuine track record of building things with AI • Experience taking solutions from concept through to production deployment • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority • Strong understanding of Talent processes and their data and workflow characteristics • Fluency with modern AI tools and paradigms • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and their integration and API capabilities is a meaningful advantage • Comfort with data – can query a dataset, interpret analytics, and design measurement frameworks • Ability to communicate with clarity
