📋 Description

• Travel to partner physical therapy clinics up to 80% of working time • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, regional and clinic leadership, and clinic staff • Identify adoption challenges and implement tailored solutions with clinic teams • Provide in-person support, coaching, and training on Limber workflows and platform tools • Analyze usage metrics and develop action plans to improve performance and engagement • Surface clinician feedback to internal teams to inform product and operational improvements • Track visit outcomes and progress against client KPIs • Support new client go-lives and field implementation initiatives • Lead virtual trainings and client engagement when not working in the field • Drive successful adoption and sustained usage of Limber’s Remote Therapeutic Monitoring solution and improve patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist • 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required • 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build relationships and thrive in a coaching and training role • Passion for innovation and improving patient care • Self-starter able to work independently while remaining accountable • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in real time • Comfortable with extensive travel, including air travel and driving • Active driver's license in good standing required • Reliable access to a major airport required for regional travel • Familiarity with musculoskeletal care delivery, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms is a bonus
