📋 Description

• Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements • Run discovery and design sessions with payer, provider, medtech/distribution, and pharma stakeholders • Present design decisions and trade-offs and drive open questions to written closure • Author and maintain data model mappings, object and field designs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design sign-off artifacts • Design for PHI handling, HIPAA, BAA requirements, Salesforce Shield, field-level encryption, consent, and minimum-necessary access • Shape end-to-end architecture with technical leads across Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud/ARM, and MuleSoft • Design integration patterns with EHRs, core administration, billing, and other systems of record • Translate functional designs for technical architects, developers, Data 360 specialists, and Agentforce specialists • Review configuration against specifications and support UAT and deployment gates • Define client and NeuraFlash ownership, including data access, SME availability, environment access, and compliance approvals • Build Health practice reference architectures, reusable patterns, scoping calculators, SOW templates, and enablement • Support pre-sales discovery, solution shaping, demos, and estimates • Coach and mentor functional and technical team members • Stay current on Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Industries releases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery • At least two full-lifecycle Salesforce Health Cloud implementations • Direct healthcare industry experience in payer, provider/IDN, medical device/distribution, or pharma organizations • Working knowledge of healthcare funding, regulation, operations, CMS reimbursement, payer-provider dynamics, and member/patient journeys • Practical understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, and BAAs • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud data models and features • Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting design decisions through sign-off • Experience designing integrations with healthcare systems of record, EHRs, HL7/FHIR, claims, administration, billing, or order systems • Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms • Ability to connect solution outcomes to business value • Familiarity with flow-charting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart • Experience with agile delivery • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed • Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional and Application or Solution Architect credentials preferred • Data 360, Agentforce, Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud/ARM, payer distribution, IDN, or consulting practice experience preferred
