📋 Description

• Build, grow, and manage NeuraFlash’s Marketing Cloud Next practice, including offerings, methodology, and delivery frameworks • Lead, recruit, and develop the Marketing Cloud Next delivery team, including headcount planning, capacity management, skill identification, and talent recruitment • Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to create reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific solution packages • Create and expand the go-to-market plan, packaging, and pricing, and enable sales and delivery teams • Collaborate with the CEO, Sales team, and Salesforce practice leadership on pre-sales activities • Build and leverage a Salesforce network to drive pipeline and identify opportunities • Serve as subject matter expert during discovery and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes • Lead discovery and business process workshops • Support Solution Engineering and Sales during estimation and proposal processes • Develop competitive analysis and points of view on Marketing Cloud Next • Perform as a senior member of delivery teams alongside project managers and solution architects • Act as executive sponsor through solutioning, execution, and go-live • Drive post-go-live adoption and identify expansion, renewal, and managed-services opportunities • Serve as thought leader and spokesperson in the Salesforce ecosystem • Track industry trends and create awareness across the practice and leadership • Acquire expertise in new Marketing Cloud Next features and develop enablement content • Bring industry best practices to engagements and contribute to customer references and case studies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Next, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or Account Engagement • 5+ years of consulting experience at an executive support level • Deep understanding of AI-driven marketing capabilities, including agentic journeys, real-time personalization, and Data Cloud integration • Strong presentation and communication skills • Driven self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred • Willingness to travel as needed for customer and sales engagements
