📋 Description

• Manage all Finance, Legal, and HR applications • Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Functions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Oversee management and support of applications like Concur, ADP, and Workday • Be the IT Lead for future ERP implementations • Address and resolve user issues • Act as the project manager for all application implementations and retirements • Manage relationships with application vendors • Collaborate with IT security to ensure applications meet compliance standards • Work closely with SVP, IT to align application strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • 15+ years of IT application management within Pharmaceuticals, with 5+ years focused on Finance, Legal and HR systems • Proven experience with Workday, Concur, ADP, and Coupa • Experience running an ERP implementation • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful implementations • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in multiple areas of IT/Pharma and agile enough to jump in wherever needed
