📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 2 product designers, guiding day-to-day execution and professional growth • Own the overall design direction and execution for Account Hub • Serve as the primary design leader for customer-facing account-level aggregation across brands • Partner with product, engineering, and brand teams whose journeys and data feed into Account Hub • Decide when Account Hub patterns should follow enterprise-wide global design standards versus bespoke experience patterns • Translate complex structural requirements into actionable design roadmaps • Balance immediate product deliverables with future UE Core expansion • Drive alignment across matrixed product and brand teams • Make trade-off decisions between global standards and bespoke solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic/UX Design, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, with documented experience leading teams • Proven track record of directly managing or leading individual contributor designers • Demonstrated experience working on cross-cutting, platform-level, or multi-product design problems • Strong history of stakeholder management and influencing teams outside the direct line of reporting • Portfolio demonstrating shippable customer-facing products alongside complex structural or system-level UX work • Strong knowledge of modern design tools (e.g., Figma), design system governance, and agile software development workflows • Professional verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly to non-design executives, engineering leads, and business stakeholders • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods, operate standard computer equipment, and participate in hybrid team meetings
