📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage field service work orders from initial request through completion • Receive, review, and prioritize incoming service requests based on customer requirements, SLAs, and urgency • Source qualified field technicians and vendors based on technical requirements, availability, location, and cost • Confirm technician qualifications, availability, rates, equipment, and tools before scheduling • Communicate work order details, expectations, and scheduling requirements to assigned resources • Manage work orders through scheduling, technician arrival, onsite progress, and completion • Monitor service commitments and address delays, scheduling conflicts, and resource challenges • Coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal support teams to resolve service issues • Adapt to changing priorities, emergency requests, and unexpected service challenges • Escalate situations to appropriate parties • Maintain proactive communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams • Provide updates on service schedules, progress, delays, and completion • Collaborate with coordinators to balance workloads and maintain service continuity • Ensure clear communication and accurate handoffs between shifts • Maintain accurate and timely work order documentation • Review technician deliverables, work order details, and charges for accuracy and compliance • Follow operational procedures, quality standards, customer requirements, and company policies • Meet performance expectations, service commitments, and quality objectives • Independently manage workload and proactively address issues • Identify and communicate recurring issues and process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • At least one year of previous customer service experience required • Strong customer-focused approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple work orders, competing priorities, and time-sensitive requests • Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively with limited supervision • Ability to assess information, identify solutions, and respond effectively to unexpected challenges • Strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and adherence to established processes • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace in a quiet environment • Availability for assigned shifts potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Dependable attendance and responsiveness • English language skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
