🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of insurance experience required, specifically in Verification of Benefits • Experience verifying active, valid policy coverage, specific services covered, payment percentages, co-pays, deductibles, and authorization requirements under specific plans • Light billing and collections experience preferred • Experience in Behavioral Health settings preferred • In-depth Verification of Benefits experience required • Professional and courteous phone communication skills • Accurate data entry and insurance information capture • Experience using systems such as Availity, Verify TX, and SalesForce
