📋 Description

• Act as the primary architect for our global equity-related functions • Serve as the vital bridge between Finance, Legal, and HR • Oversee the end-to-end management of equity awards • Manage Section 83(b) elections and coordinate annual 409A valuations • Act as the lead administrator for Shareworks • Demystify equity compensation for our global workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity accounting and administration • A self-motivated professional who excels at working independently • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent professional experience)
