📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a high-performing engineering team across the US and EU, supporting career development, performance growth, and collaboration • Champion a shift from reactive delivery to proactive technical ownership and establish platform reliability and cross-regional alignment best practices • Architect and execute global infrastructure expansions across FedRAMP High / IL4, India, Australia, and other complex environments • Guide microservices, Go-based services, and extreme-scale cellular architecture decisions for sub-second latency data ingestion and stream processing • Partner with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to align roadmaps, remove delivery blockers, and safeguard production reliability • Oversee production environments and high-severity incident responses • Champion GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of total software engineering experience • 2–4+ years of direct people management experience • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience required • Hands-on proficiency in Golang, including performance tuning and concurrency • Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for cloud-native microservices and integration workflows • Experience managing production environments, coordinating on-call rotations, and leading high-severity incident responses in 24/7 SaaS or distributed environments • Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams across time zones • Ability to work US Central/Eastern time zones to align with EU/US schedules • Visa sponsorship is not available • Must verify identity and eligibility to work and complete employment eligibility verification • Criminal background check required • Export compliance assessment may be required for certain roles
