📋 Description

• Deploy & equip a team of technical program managers to drive the achievement of organizational OKRs by leading complex initiatives, and optimizing team execution & collaboration. • Manage and coach technical program managers to ensure success in their roles. • Implement operational frameworks that incur the least amount of overhead while maximizing information flow and support for the home organization’s goals. • Act as a Principal Program Manager on especially challenging problems. • Build strong relationships with partnered Directors, VPs and other leaders across the company to promote successful execution against goals.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree, applicable certification, or equivalent related experience required. • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields. • 4-6 years of people management experience is desirable.
