📋 Description

• Own the New Relic query gateway stack • Participate in cross-functional committees and collaborate with AI, Visualizations, and Data Processing teams • Build and maintain scalable distributed Java services and petabyte-scale infrastructure • Investigate and resolve critical performance, availability, and resiliency issues in a multi-region, multi-cloud, multi-tenant distributed database • Work in an agile DevOps environment • Build and maintain the team's software • Participate in the on-call rotation • Respond to system failures • Process systems handling millions of messages per second and petabytes of data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in collaborative software development • Firm grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and modern software design and development methodologies • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership over code and commitments • Ability to go deep on the command-line and fix things when broken • Experience working in Java, or equivalent experience in an alternate OOP language such as C++, C#, etc. • Visa sponsorship is not available • Employment eligibility verification required • Criminal background check required • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment
