📋 Description

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs • Perform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness • Create and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption • Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials • Conduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments • Measure and report adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance • Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities post-implementation • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist • Experience working with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules (preferred) • Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent (preferred) • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives (preferred) • ServiceNow certification is a plus
