📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules • Work on several customers' platforms in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities • Customize ServiceNow catalog features, workflows, asset management features, and integrations • Create catalog items and customize workflows • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging • Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations • Stay updated on ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration; alternatively, Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree • Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in one or more of: SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, HAM • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and PowerShell • Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and other ITOM/ITAM functionalities • Preferred: Familiarity with CMDB and its role in ITOM and ITAM processes • Preferred: Prior experience in IT asset management and software license management
