📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to understand revenue goals and align headcount roadmaps • Execute tailored hiring plans for the Go-to-Market organization • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM requisitions, including kickoff calls, outbound sourcing, offer negotiations, and closing • Proactively source and engage passive revenue talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and network outreach • Use market trends, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline analytics to advise hiring managers • Streamline time-to-hire and increase offer acceptance rates • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that highlights Newsela’s mission, remote culture, and market impact • Report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for an EdTech or SaaS company, focused on Go-to-Market hiring • Proven track record hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps roles • Strong understanding of the GTM function and key success metrics • Proactive and results-oriented approach • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Expert-level project management skills • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools • Passion for building diverse and high-performing teams • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter (bonus) • Experience with global hiring in Latin America and the Philippines (bonus)
