📋 Description

• Own end-to-end search for senior DTC roles across paid media, creative, retention, lifecycle, e-commerce, and CRO • Build target lists by mapping competitor brands and growth teams, then run direct outbound sourcing • Screen candidates against verified spend levels, in-house versus agency experience, platform depth, and validated results • Run structured first-round interviews and deliver written candidate assessments • Advise on role definition and identify contradictory or overly restrictive requirements • Own US market compensation intelligence before offers are made • Coordinate scheduling across US and CET time zones • Draft offers and manage candidates through signature • Maintain the pipeline in GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter • Identify credibility issues such as inflated spend figures, contradictory metrics, overlapping employment dates, and misrepresented portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience with a clear track record placing senior growth and creative talent at DTC or performance-marketing-led companies • Agency, executive search, or embedded recruiting background strongly preferred • Personally closed roles such as Head of Paid Media, Growth Lead, or Creative Strategist • Fluency in ROAS, MER, creative testing volume, hook rates, and differing Meta buyer spend levels • Existing US network in DTC growth and creative • Comfortable evaluating creative work (video, static, UGC), analytical backgrounds, and operations backgrounds • Excellent written communication • Ability to hold some overlap with CET for founder-facing coordination • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving, founder-led environment
