📋 Description

• Support end-to-end development of motion-based games from concept through launch • Maintain production schedules and milestone tracking • Participate in and help run stand-ups and cross-functional sync meetings • Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams • Ensure builds and deliverables are on time and aligned with scope • Prepare milestone reports and stakeholder updates • Coordinate implementation of camera-based motion gameplay systems • Support playtesting with kids and families and synthesize feedback into actionable insights • Track motion calibration, usability improvements, and accessibility features • Evaluate milestones, write build notes, and compile stakeholder feedback • Advocate for age-appropriate design and safety considerations • Support external brand or IP collaboration workflows • Act as the communication bridge between creative, technical, and business teams • Partner with QA to prioritize and track bug resolution • Support publishing needs including build delivery, feature documentation, and gameplay capture coordination • Help coordinate external development partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in game production or project management • Experience working on shipped game titles (mobile, console, or interactive platform) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows • Experience with tools such as GitHub, Notion, Slack, Asana, or equivalent • Passion for kids, family entertainment, and active play • Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones, including Asia (particularly Hong Kong), with recurring meetings and coordination outside standard U.S. business hours • Experience with motion-based, camera-based, or fitness-style games • Experience working with licensed IP or external partners • Background in consumer hardware or platform-based products • Experience conducting or coordinating playtests with children • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proactive problem solver • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup environment • Collaborative and low-ego • Comfortable with ambiguity • Able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
