📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning through implementation • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams • Track project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation plans • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project status meetings, and executive updates • Align business objectives, project priorities, and technical execution • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • Manage communication with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners • Escalate project issues and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration • Support continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes and team collaboration • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality expectations, and healthcare industry requirements where applicable • Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software development, IT, or digital transformation projects • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management practices • Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning • Ability to facilitate project planning, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and executive communications • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
