📋 Description

• Oversee front-of-house operations, catering services, and resident services across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and skilled nursing facilities • Foster high-quality service prioritizing resident satisfaction • Develop and implement hospitality standards creating a welcoming environment • Initiate and promote activities encouraging resident involvement and connection • Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations • Plan, organize, and execute catering events • Coordinate with vendors including catering services, decorators, and entertainment providers • Create event timelines and manage event logistics for timely execution • Address and resolve event issues and challenges • Provide concierge services, answer inquiries, make reservations, and offer personalized assistance • Maintain a professional and welcoming guest atmosphere • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively • Keep abreast of local events and services to provide relevant guest information • Coordinate with maintenance staff on repairs and improvements • Manage meeting-room scheduling, logistics, availability, and setup • Ensure timely delivery of supplies and services • Develop and maintain relationships with facility-related service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in catering, event planning, concierge services, or facility coordination • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on catering events • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and guests • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities • Knowledge of concierge services and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences • Facility management experience, including overseeing maintenance and coordinating logistics • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures • Ability to meet the physical demands of frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, feeling, and reaching • Ability to work in kitchen and office environments and operate or work around kitchen equipment, heat, steam, fire, and noise
