📋 Description

• Manage Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Costs for execution of global product line OTR projects • Own P&L for the XD/GE OTR product line, including revenue, contribution margin, base cost, EBITDA, and billing • Manage teams including project managers, supply quality engineers, sales, principal engineers, and commercial specialists • Develop business development and commercial strategy for the product line • Execute new product development strategies for product-line growth • Implement lean methodologies for a partnered factory in China to reduce cycle time • Travel internationally for customer interfacing, business development, supplier support, and services initiatives • Perform project control tasks in ERP systems, including project opening, budget setting, purchase order creation, and supplier/customer invoicing • Lead strategy discussions and presentations for senior leadership and executives • Develop regional GSI Services partners to support end-to-end supply, installation, and warranty services • Lead the business-side ERP migration from Oracle to SAP • Support ITO with commercial and risk-assessment analysis for high-priority projects • Support ITO as a technical expert on PTR • Manage key accounts including GPS, Hydro, GSI, PCS, and external customers • Implement regional go-to-market strategy based on analysis and research

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • 4 year undergraduate degree in Engineering, preferably in PowerGen and T&D • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the High Voltage, T&D industry • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Familiarity with PM software such as Primavera/Time Control • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP • Willingness/ability to travel extensively internationally
