📋 Description

• Lead global digital media strategy to increase pipeline contribution • Cultivate a growth culture through team development and accountability • Own global digital media investment strategy across channels • Collaborate with marketing functions and agency partners on integrated digital programs • Implement global measurement and reporting frameworks with Analytics • Optimize advertising platforms, audience infrastructure, measurement capabilities, and data integration with MarTech • Lead agency partnerships and ensure agile execution • Build strategic partnerships with Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging media and technology providers

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive digital media experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles • Direct experience managing agency-of-record relationships, including strategic planning and day-to-day execution • Proven success leading global or multi-region digital marketing teams • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS and engaging complex, multi-persona buying groups • Experience managing $10M+ annual paid media budgets with cross-channel optimization accountability • Deep platform expertise across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, ChatGPT, and AI paid advertising • Demonstrated talent development and high-performing team-building experience • Working fluency in modern measurement frameworks, including MMM and multi-touch attribution • Experience with pipeline and revenue reporting
