📋 Description

• Cultivate trusted relationships with Nexstar members to book and deliver impactful training experiences. • Promote upcoming sessions and customize content to member needs. • Facilitate engaging, results-driven workshops that inspire lasting growth and performance improvement. • Build, develop, and update curriculum. • Create your own expertise within the training department. • Promote and coordinate training event opportunities. • Collaborate on content and member needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Instructional design experience. • Facilitation or teaching experience. • Experience in the home service industry. • Experience facilitating trainings to groups of 20+ participants. • Sales training experience. • Strong ability to inspire and lead others to achieve their personal and professional goals. • Strong relationship building skills. • Ability to self-motivate and accomplish goals unsupervised. • Ability to create new content for courses. • Comfortable in front of a camera to record online content. • Confidence in promoting programs, services, or events.
