📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the project • Define and manage the team's scope, objectives and deliverables • Translate overall project milestones into clear team deadlines and delivery plans • Monitor team progress and alignment with project milestones • Assign, coordinate and track work across the Commercial IT team • Identify and provide tools, resources and capabilities required for delivery • Manage team priorities, capacity and resource allocation • Control project costs and manage the assigned budget • Support Programme Management with KPI definition and monitoring • Act as the link between senior management and cross-functional project teams • Coordinate with business, IT, data and other stakeholders • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers • Provide progress updates to senior stakeholders • Ensure outputs meet scope, timeline, budget and quality standards • Escalate issues and drive timely resolution • Ensure collaboration and communication across project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead, IT Delivery Lead, IT Project Lead, Commercial IT Lead or similar role • Strong experience leading and coordinating IT teams in complex transformation programmes • Demonstrable experience managing project scope, milestones, resources and deliverables • Strong project planning and delivery management capabilities • Experience managing budgets, costs and resources • Strong understanding of project governance, KPIs, risks, issues and dependencies • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior/upper management • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities • Experience assigning and tracking work across a delivery team • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and reporting capabilities • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment • Comfortable working within CET time zones • Desirable: experience with data migration programmes • Desirable: experience in large-scale digital transformation projects • Desirable: experience with SAP / S/4HANA transformation programmes • Desirable: experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments • Desirable: experience managing global or multi-country project teams • Desirable: experience across planning, build, testing, cutover and go-live phases
