📋 Description

• Provide DoW financial expertise for development of enterprise-level logistics system financial capabilities, processes, and workflows • Reengineer transportation and financial business processes for JTMS implementation • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate As-Is processes and identify capability gaps • Conduct BPR activities supporting financial use cases, end-to-end process modeling, and requirements decomposition • Analyze financial and systems processes for automation, improvement, efficiency, and auditability opportunities • Research FMR and referenced source documents to address policy issues • Advise BPR and development teams on potential To-Be regulatory conflicts using FMR expertise • Use MBSE to capture business rules, decision logic, exception handling, and process flows • Research DOTmLPF-P impacts and recommendations • Translate requirements into Agile SAFe user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios • Collaborate with policy, audit readiness, and data governance teams on traceability, internal controls, and enterprise visibility • Identify upstream and downstream process impacts and resolve organizational overlaps and handoffs • Participate in user experience reviews, testing, training, and change management efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Secret clearance required to start • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience • 3–5 years of in-depth federal or DoW financial management experience using DoW accounting and/or business feeder systems • Vast experience with DoW financial Transportation Account Code and G-Invoicing • Broad knowledge of FMR content • Expert skills to conduct comprehensive FMR and FMR-cited federal regulations research • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group • Up to 10% local travel
