📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize development programs according to deadlines and budget • Collaborate with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables • Communicate all aspects of programs effectively • Develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines • Liaise with project managers and build relationships supporting project success • Direct, develop, and manage program/project development from beginning to end • Develop and manage project budgets and accountability for business goals and objectives • Plan, manage, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations reports • Provide progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Contribute to process improvement activities and support their completion • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT, or similar experience • 6+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in program management • 6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service • Exceptional knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques • Knowledge of product enhancement methodology and application tactics in diverse scenarios • Industry expertise in the specific program area • Knowledge of network and PC operating systems • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures • Strong leadership and management skills • Project management, executive-level communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to lead large and complex projects through their life cycle to completion • Ability to produce cost estimates and deployment plans • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
