📋 Description

• Test and commission Nextpower tracker installations • Provide tracker controller expertise and support controller commissioning and ongoing maintenance • Deliver technical support to Nextpower customers worldwide • Provide product and system expertise to maximize installation value and performance • Manage controller commissioning and customer acceptance to support warranty activation • Help qualify third-party operations and maintenance providers • Support product development, sales, and marketing initiatives • Partner with Technical Services to perform field repairs and document technical issues • Communicate customer needs, concerns, and feedback to appropriate internal teams • Carry up to a $2,000 balance on a personal credit card for reimbursable travel expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in power generation and commissioning • 5+ years of related experience • Strong understanding of technical and customer support for utility-scale and distributed generation projects • Extensive experience troubleshooting power-generation systems • Extensive experience working with various control systems • Strong interest in supporting renewable energy industry growth and development • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • OSHA 10 certification • Ability to travel up to 75% • Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday while carrying tools and equipment • Ability to carry up to a $2,000 balance on a personal credit card for reimbursable travel expenses
