📋 Description

• Proactively contact customers by phone • Understand customers' needs and expectations • Present tailored, value-oriented commercial solutions • Build and develop positive, long-lasting customer relationships • Contribute to business targets and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills • Strong goal- and results-orientation • Ability to adapt and learn quickly • Good user-level computer skills • Good time management and organizational skills • Availability to work shifts, specifically from 11:30–20:30 • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher required to be eligible for remote work
