• Coordinate project logistics and maintain project plans, action-item trackers, timelines, deliverables, and project execution tools • Support client-facing administrative processes, including report timelines, invoicing and billing, re-grant disbursements, and documentation coordination • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-up communications • Monitor tasks and communicate progress, risks, and support needs • Contribute to client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters, research reports, and workshop/training curricula • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend policy or process changes • Update and maintain Salesforce financial, impact, and project records • Conduct research, gather information, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data • Develop presentations, reports, summaries, and other client-facing deliverables • Synthesize findings, observations, and recommendations; review work products for accuracy and completeness • Maintain knowledge-management tools, templates, resources, and repositories • Capture lessons learned and effective practices across consulting engagements • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners across projects • Lead event logistics and support client-facing workshops, training sessions, and convenings • Participate in department, team, client, and organizational meetings • Support special projects, initiatives, and organizational priorities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combinations of relevant education, training, and experience • One (1) year of professional work experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Experience in nonprofit, public sector, consulting, financial services, or related environments is a strength • Understanding of, or eagerness to learn about, CDFIs and community-centered finance • Ability to work with large amounts of data to independently create reports and presentations • Ability to work core business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 20%
