📋 Description

• Interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships • Prepares applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business and renewals of assigned clients • May require supporting a Team Lead and will have the expectation of growth • May have revenue goals and/or client retention targets • Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers • Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients • Responsible for accurate information to avoid any E&O claims • Maintains a follow-up system to ensure policies, endorsements, and other information is received • Builds and maintains strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and visits • Keeps clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events

🎯 Requirements

• P&C license required upon hire • Personal Lines with High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience • Familiarity with major markets like AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE and Cincinnati Financial • Comprehensive experience with metropolitan New York area markets, highly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly professional and self-motivated • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel required • At least 5 years of Personal Lines industry and product line experience • Experience with an agency management system/CRM required • Fluency with Epic is a plus
