📋 Description

• Lead deployment of the analytics suite across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments • Troubleshoot production issues involving networks, servers, databases, and integrations • Collaborate with product, data engineering, and platform teams on performance and scalability • Work hands-on with enterprise clients to build environments supporting data, analytics, and security workflows • Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot software deployments • Contribute to product reliability, performance, customer adoption, and trust

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar • 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise system administration and technology/software development experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Solid experience in SQL Server administration, including provisioning users, writing queries, maintaining performance, and handling backups and restores • Hands-on skills with networking protocols, certificates, DNS/DHCP, SSO/SAML, ODBC, and cloud-based systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern security principles, and container-based application delivery • Working knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, NTFS/UNC security, and PowerShell or similar scripting languages • Exposure to RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Strategy (MicroStrategy), and ETL tools • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in customer-facing delivery • Ability to work independently and with a team, think creatively, and solve unfamiliar technical issues • Flexible working schedule required • Weekend work required, usually no more than 50% of the time • Occasional travel may be required
