📋 Description

• Support the Department of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service program • Design and implement the Intune solution for the DAF • Migrate many thousands of systems between versions of Intune configurations • Compare and differentiate large Intune configuration profiles • Troubleshoot Intune enrollment issues • Perform Defender and KQL reporting • Manage macOS with Intune, including configuration, security, application patching, and deployment • Design rollout strategies for large enterprise environments • Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor Cert Connector • Configure Surface Hub as Teams Meeting Room Devices • Design and configure Azure components according to DoD security requirements, STIGs, the DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and SCCA functional requirements • Perform vulnerability remediation, patching, and software/firmware upgrades • Lead diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues • Provide SME input into technical and ATO documentation • Use PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate configuration management and system maintenance • Perform root cause analysis for production deployment errors • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders on cloud engineering approaches and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• CompTIA Security+ or other DoD Approved 8570 Baseline certification at IAT Level II or higher • 10+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience) • US Citizenship • Active Secret Clearance • Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Microsoft and third-party software updates • Experience deploying applications/updates via Intune • Experience managing a large endpoint infrastructure • Experience managing Windows Servers and Workstations; mobile devices a plus • Experience working in a DoD environment • Familiarity with STIG requirements • Experience managing MacOS with Intune • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients • Up to 10% travel may be required • Desired: Experience integrating Intune and ServiceNow Automation • Desired: Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
