• Interview respondents over the telephone using a scripted questionnaire • Accurately record their responses in an Excel database • Invite those who qualify to participate in focus groups or other market research forum types

• Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills • Dependability and professionalism • Good computer skills • A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions • A home computer (desktop, laptop) • A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) • A good internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 40Mbps. • A personal mobile phone • Webcam, microphone, speakers
