• Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals • Order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning management • Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt • Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists • Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports • Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices • Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce • Daily and monthly sales reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ year work experience • Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel • Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and process • Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions • Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations
