• Lead global go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization across Gracenote’s portfolio • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmaps • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success • Define and own the PMM team charter • Build and refine core PMM foundations • Assess current team strengths and gaps • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to existing PMMs • Create rituals and processes that elevate PMM • Lead GTM planning and execution for new products • Implement measurement for PMM
• 8–10+ years in B2B product marketing • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Demonstrated success coaching and developing PMMs • Experience defining PMM charters, processes, and frameworks • Strong background in data, SaaS, ad tech, media, streaming or related domains • Familiarity with entertainment data, CTV/streaming, or contextual advertising is a plus • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global environment
