📋 Description

• Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success criteria • Design practical, scalable solution architectures aligned to business needs • Build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows • Own solutions from the first conversation through production deployment • Shorten the cycle between problem identification and working software • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions • Independently gather requirements through direct end-user engagement • Deliver solutions of moderate complexity with limited oversight • Manage the delivery cycle from requirements through production • Identify gaps in existing solutions and propose improvements • Contribute to team standards and share learnings across the function

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role • Proven track record of delivering AI-built solutions end-to-end • Ability to engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define success criteria • Ability to design practical, scalable solution architectures aligned to business needs • Ability to build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows • Ability to independently gather requirements and deliver moderately complex solutions with limited oversight • Ability to manage a delivery cycle from requirements through production • Ability to identify gaps in existing solutions and propose improvements
