📋 Description

• Provide first-line support for Dynamics users by troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues • Manage routine platform requests, including user access, security roles, forms, views, and data corrections • Monitor Power Automate flows and investigate system failures • Troubleshoot data and integration issues across Dynamics and connected systems • Document core business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Support configuration, testing, UAT, and system rollouts under guidance • Maintain solution documentation and change logs • Serve as a first point of contact for Dynamics users while developing expertise in troubleshooting, integrations, configuration, and solution design

🎯 Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn and systematically understand business systems and processes • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users • Comfortable working with data in tables, spreadsheets, and business applications • Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment • Experience with scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or C#), SQL, or data analysis preferred • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/business applications preferred • Familiarity with Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 preferred • PL-900 certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 12 weeks preferred • Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated environment preferred • Knowledge of process documentation, business analysis, APIs, data pipelines, or ETL concepts preferred • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Must not reside in California
