📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume caseload of newly admitted learners, up to 450 learners, ensuring compliance with College Experiential Learning credentialing requirements • Guide learners in creating third-party vendor accounts, uploading documentation, and completing background checks and drug screenings • Provide guidance on credentialing systems and College and EL requirements • Communicate with learners through phone calls, conference calls, texts, and emails to resolve credentialing issues • Monitor learner progress for large cohorts, identify compliance risks, and implement corrective actions • Support training and mentoring of Specialists I and II • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalated credentialing issues and improve workflow processes • Maintain accurate documentation and records in credentialing systems to track learner progress, compliance status, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred • Minimum of two years’ experience in credentialing or administrative support within education or healthcare settings • Demonstrated proficiency in professional communication across multiple mediums • Strong customer service skills with experience handling high-volume caseloads • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and credentialing software
