• Manage HESI testing operations — order exams through Elsevier and ensure timely transfer to ProctorU for auditing • Support learner accommodations — work closely with the 504 Coordinator to ensure testing accommodations are in place and accounted for • Monitor and review Honorlock exam violations weekly and communicate any flagged concerns to the evaluation team • Serve as a communication bridge between the Innovations division and appropriate stakeholders for changes impacting curriculum delivery • Categorize and route course concerns so issues are addressed promptly and by the right people • Test and provide feedback on SOPs to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and continuous improvement • Respond to learner inquiries in shared mailboxes with professionalism and care • Contribute to special projects and provide general support to the curriculum delivery team as needed
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) — Canvas preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint • Experience in learner/student-facing roles or support environments • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred) • One or more years of experience in higher education (preferred) • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment (preferred)
