📋 Description
• Own our email and SMS program from top to bottom using Klaviyo or related tools • Build and manage automated flows that align with the customer journey • Develop advanced segmentation strategies • Collaborate with creative and brand teams • Launch growth campaigns that support product drops and promotions • Analyze performance and provide clear reporting on email KPIs • Continue to A/B test and iterate subject lines, copy, design, and send times
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo • Proven track record building high-performing automated flows and campaigns • Experience segmenting lists with data-backed logic • Base-level design knowledge • Strategic thinking paired with a get-it-done attitude • Analytical mindset • A strong understanding of email as a growth lever
