📋 Description

• Oversee the firm's lead pipeline from initial inquiry through client retention • Monitor incoming leads, CRM entry, lead assignment, response times, follow-up activity, overdue tasks, stale leads, pipeline stages, lead quality, and conversion by source • Monitor Sales Team performance, conversion results, calls, follow-ups, outcomes, closing rates, monthly sales goals, and KPIs • Review why prospective clients are not converting and help improve sales scripts, follow-up strategies, processes, and sales performance • Monitor the consultation pipeline, including scheduling, attendance, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, outcomes, follow-up, and consultation-to-client conversion • Track Reception and Sales KPIs and identify reasons for changes in performance • Track lead, qualified lead, consultation, retained client, and revenue performance by marketing source • Monitor marketing-channel conversion rates and assist with ROI analysis and performance reporting • Administer and audit Lawmatics CRM data, assignments, sources, notes, communications, tasks, pipeline stages, consultation outcomes, and retained-client records • Monitor lead assignment and follow-up administration, including delayed responses, ignored tasks, and uneven distribution • Oversee Reception front-end performance, including missed calls, voicemails, web leads, social media leads, qualification, call notes, handoffs, and consultation scheduling • Monitor retainer and payment follow-up, including unsigned retainers, unpaid initial payments, missing payment links, and prospective clients requiring additional follow-up • Ensure smooth transition of retained clients from Sales to Case Management, including system entry, notifications, transferred notes, service documentation, onboarding, and communication gaps • Prepare clear performance reports for firm ownership • Collaborate with Reception, Sales, management, and Case Management Teams to improve client acquisition and revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales experience — REQUIRED • Experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, closing, or another results-driven sales environment • Experience working with leads and sales pipelines • CRM experience; prior Lawmatics experience strongly preferred, though another established CRM is acceptable • Experience tracking sales KPIs and conversion rates • Ability to understand and analyze sales numbers • Strong follow-up skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to identify problems rather than simply report them • Ability to hold others accountable for follow-up and assigned metrics • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word • Comfortable learning additional technology, automations, and reporting systems • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment • Comfortable being measured against KPIs, conversion targets, and revenue goals • Must be available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
