• Develop and refine NODA's Taiwan market strategy • Build and maintain relationships across Taiwan's defense, national security, government, and broader defense ecosystem • Grow relationships across the U.S./Taiwan defense ecosystem • Develop stakeholder maps covering ministries, military services, acquisition organizations, research institutions, industry partners, and U.S. government organizations • Identify emerging mission needs and capability gaps for NODA's autonomous orchestration technology • Translate operational insights into recommendations for product development, demonstrations, deployments, and regional strategy • Monitor Taiwan's security environment, defense strategy, modernization priorities, budgets, acquisition activity, and competitive landscape • Assess U.S. defense policy, budgets, security cooperation priorities, INDOPACOM strategy, and regional defense objectives • Provide leadership with market intelligence and strategic assessments • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify partners, competitors, and investment opportunities • Recommend investments in time, resources, partnerships, and technical engagement • Engage stakeholders during requirements development and acquisition strategy formation • Navigate FMS, DCS, hybrid acquisition, and international armaments cooperation pathways • Identify pathways from demonstrations and evaluations to operational adoption and scaled deployment • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans in Taiwan • Support strategic opportunity qualification, pursuit, market-entry, positioning, engagement, and capture strategies • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Capture, Growth, and executive leadership • Translate customer and market insights into Product and Engineering feedback • Identify strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships • Engage research institutions, think tanks, industry associations, and policy organizations • Develop market assessments, executive briefings, white papers, presentations, and positioning materials • Represent NODA at government engagements, defense forums, industry events, exercises, demonstrations, and strategic discussions • Position NODA as a thought partner on autonomy, unmanned systems, multi-domain orchestration, and emerging defense technology • Report market developments, opportunities, and risks to executive leadership • Advise leadership on Taiwan's defense market • Coordinate Taiwan activities with U.S.-based leadership and Growth while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an adjacent field • 10+ years of experience in defense, national security, government, military, strategy, international business development, or a related field • U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR regulations • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; sponsorship available • Significant experience working within or alongside Taiwan's defense, national security, or government ecosystem • Understanding of Taiwan's defense priorities, military structure, acquisition environment, defense modernization efforts, and regional security dynamics • Established ability to build trusted relationships with senior government, military, industry, and national security stakeholders • Experience developing market, defense, or regional strategies and translating complex dynamics into actionable business recommendations • Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes • Working knowledge of U.S. defense policy, budgeting, security cooperation, and acquisition processes • Experience with international defense acquisition, security cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, or related government-to-government mechanisms • Ability to understand complex defense technologies and translate technical capabilities into operational relevance • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive recommendations • Ability to operate independently with limited day-to-day oversight • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior executives and government stakeholders • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Taiwan and internationally as required • Export-control eligibility: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or otherwise eligible to obtain required U.S. authorizations
