• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customers have full sales support • Provide strategic direction and operational management to ensure teams are organized to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness • Communicate the team's direction, goals and progress to sales and pre-sales leadership • Lead initiatives that help build the capabilities of the team to introduce new products to our customers • Own and develop diverse suite of reports and analytics to build holistic and data-driven strategies • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
• 15 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, MIS or its equivalent • Experience managing global technical teams • Experience managing the technical opportunity sales cycle • Expertise in API architectures, gateways, and identity frameworks • Mastery of cloud-native ecosystems like Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, AI Security • Expertise in networking protocols, enterprise cybersecurity tools, API discovery, and security testing aligned with OWASP API Top 10 standards • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization • Ability to build alignment, trust, and productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
