• Own top-of-funnel outreach by building and continuously improving a repeatable prospecting motion (targeting, sequencing, messaging, and follow-up) to generate qualified meetings with healthcare employers and strategic partners. • Manage any external partnerships with demand generation vendors. • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in CRM, including accurate stage management, activity tracking, forecasting inputs, and clear next steps for every opportunity. • Develop account plans for priority prospects and partner organizations; coordinate internal resources to move opportunities forward efficiently. • Partner with in-house counsel and other stakeholders to move contracts through review and signature, including redlines, risk flagging, and coordinating approvals. • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close, with strategic support from the Senior Vice President (and other team members as needed). • Lead discovery to diagnose employer needs, align Scholars Network solutions to workforce goals, and define success criteria, timelines, and internal stakeholders. • Drive internal alignment across teams (operations, finance, program delivery) to ensure proposals are realistic, compelling, and deliverable.
• Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing and allied health • A bachelor’s degree is required • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results and team outcomes • Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and marketing/reporting tools • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment • You are able to travel ~10% of the time
