📋 Description

• Serves as a senior subject-matter expert in finance systems analysis. • Performs hands-on systems analysis supporting accounting and finance operations. • Triages, prioritizes, and resolves complex operational issues. • Contributes to standards for analysis, documentation, and controls. • Analyze integrations and upstream/downstream dependencies. • Embed strong financial controls through reconciliation design, exception handling, monitoring, SOX compliance, audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance/Accounting operations or Finance Systems. • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials or similar Financial systems (implementation, optimization, or production support). • Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes; ability to translate accounting needs into system requirements.
