📋 Description

• Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISOs via self generated leads • Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB • Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods • Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue • Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc. • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota • Solid understanding of merchant services industry • Track record of growing revenue
