📋 Description

• Manage intake of new product account boards from external partners and internal sales, ensuring software, pricing, and request details are set up • Facilitate onboarding and training for new partnerships • Review and manage pricing quotes with the internal sales team and PayTrace customers • Communicate underwriting and risk matters to sales teams when supporting new merchants or partner boards • Maintain working knowledge of company applications and products to enhance customer engagements • Manage and respond to escalated product or feature issues from sales teams • Provide proactive, high-touch service to high-value customers • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional departments to identify, report, and resolve escalated customer issues • Maintain department SLAs by managing activation of new business and supporting efficient customer onboarding • Manage knowledge-base content and communicate updates • Investigate root causes of sales-support issues and identify improvement solutions • Assist in developing and documenting processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in merchant customer service and processing, preferably in the B2B space • High standards of honesty and integrity • Strong attention to detail • Process-efficiency focus • Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of customer service for internal and external partners • Ability to identify and seize opportunities for synergy and integration • Ability to establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results • Accountability for self and others • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals • Up to 10% travel
