📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-priority strategic programs and business initiatives from initial concept through execution and post-deployment evaluation • Establish team-wide operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and execution workflows to align departmental priorities • Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate workflow friction points, and implement scalable process improvements • Track and analyze metrics to provide actionable operational insights and performance updates to key stakeholders • Facilitate alignment and structured feedback loops between customer-facing operations and technical teams • Assess operational risks across ongoing initiatives and provide actionable mitigation strategies • Centralize project and operational management processes to create a single source of truth for cross-departmental dependencies and roadmap tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic planning • Strong ability to connect strategy to tactical execution and convert unstructured challenges into structured processes • Demonstrated capacity to build alignment across multiple teams • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data • Expertise in guiding teams through operational changes, process updates, and structural growth • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Deep understanding of modern project and program management methodologies and workflow design • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising sound business judgment, and managing multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines • Up to 20% travel
