📋 Description

• Learn and apply business applications supporting acquisition, proposals, pricing, contracts, and business management • Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams on application-related projects • Support application deployment, process improvements, data integrity, metric tracking, and basic project management in an Agile environment • Create plans, milestones, risk/issues tracking, user feedback collection, and lessons learned • Provide application and process support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions, and communicate releases, updates, and best practices • Document and maintain process flows, standard work, and application usage guidelines • Lead application development and enhancement activities supporting proposal and business management processes • Combine proposal and business management analyst responsibilities with systems and processes application development leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Completing or completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 for Associate Proposal Analyst • Completing or completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 and 2 years of Proposal Analyst experience for Proposal Analyst • Major or prior major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another business-related degree • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access • U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite • Final approved U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access may be required to start • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher • Preferred previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and professional/community/extracurricular activities • Familiarity with project management concepts and introductory Agile practices • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvements, tool updates, or systems/application changes • Ability to document business needs into notes, requirements, or user stories and communicate changes and best practices to non-technical users • Experience using Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, plus tools for training materials or desktop instructions • Basic understanding of business applications and tools used in proposals, pricing, business management, or contract management
