📋 Description

• Own and deliver advanced analytics across defined product and business domains • Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments • Develop and validate metrics and dimensions for product performance and business outcomes • Build and maintain queries, dashboards, and analytical readouts • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams • Align stakeholders on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation • Deliver concise insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication, including leadership-ready readouts • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis; industry experience required • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) • Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to real-world product problems • Experience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelines • Strong analytical judgment, balancing rigor with speed and communicating tradeoffs • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines • Strong stakeholder communication skills, translating complex analyses into actionable insights • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Preferred: experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contexts • Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows
